Complete Wood Pellet Production Line

Wood Pellet Production Process:

Chipping: Logs, branches and waste wood are processed into approximately 3–5 cm wood chips.
Crushing: Wood chips are further crushed into approximately 3–5 mm sawdust for pellet production.
Drying: The sawdust is dried to a suitable moisture content, typically around 10–15%.
Pelletizing: The prepared sawdust is compressed into 6 mm, 8 mm or 10 mm wood pellets using a biomass pellet mill.
Cooling: Freshly produced wood pellets are cooled to reduce their temperature and improve stability before storage or packaging.
Packaging: The cooled wood pellets can be weighed and packed according to the customer’s required package size.
