• Raw material processing: Firstly, the wood (including waste wood, wood scraps, trimmed fruit trees, fruit shells and other biomass) is pre treated, such as cutting, crushing, etc., to adapt to subsequent production processes. A crusher is a commonly used equipment in this step, which can crush raw materials into particles of a certain size (such as 3mm) for forming.
• Drying: The crushed raw materials contain a certain amount of moisture and need to be dried by a dryer. Dried raw materials are easier to shape and can improve the quality of charcoal.

• Molding: The dried raw materials enter the stick making machine, which is a key equipment in the charcoal machine. It can turn the dried raw materials into wooden sticks. The shape and size of the wooden stick can be adjusted as needed.

• Carbonization: The made wooden stick is placed in a Carbonization furnace for carbonization treatment. The high temperature and high pressure environment inside the Carbonization furnace causes the organic matter in the wood to undergo pyrolysis reactions, releasing water, flammable gases, and liquid volatiles, ultimately carbonizing the wood residue into charcoal. The combustible gases generated during the carbonization process can be recycled to provide thermal energy to maintain the high temperature environment of the carbonization furnace.
• Cooling and collection: Charcoal after carbonization is left in the carbonization chamber for a period of time for cooling. The cooled charcoal is taken out of the charcoal machine through a feeding device and further processed and packaged.
