2: The raw materials must be processed with a maximum particle size of less than 3mm. Water, binders, and curing agents must be added, and they must be mixed and retted for 24 hours before use.
3: If the discharge port is blocked, use wooden or bamboo strips to clear it, and avoid using metal.
4: The bearings of the rotating parts of the machine should be regularly injected with lubricating oil, and the temperature of the bearing parts should not exceed 60 degrees,
5: Stop feeding before stopping the machine, wait for the material in the cylinder to be squeezed out, then stop the machine, disassemble the machine head, clean it, and reinstall it for use after work.
6: To ensure that the motor does not operate under overload, it is recommended that users install a current and voltage meter and adjust the cutting amount and water content according to the current meter
