3.Operation process

• Fixed Wood: Fix the wood to be processed onto the feeding device to ensure stability and prevent shaking. Note that the moisture content of the wood should be within an appropriate range to ensure cutting effectiveness.
• Start the machine: After ensuring that everything is ready, start the wood disc slicer and rotate the blades to the working speed.
• Uniform feeding: Slowly and evenly feed the wood into the feeding port to avoid overloading or blockage of the machine caused by feeding too much wood at once.
• Observation of discharge: Observe the discharge of wood chips to ensure that they are smoothly discharged from the discharge port without blockage or abnormal phenomena.

4.Particular attention

• Safety first: During operation, be sure to wear protective goggles, gloves, and other protective equipment to prevent wood chips from splashing and injuring people. At the same time, pay attention to maintaining a safe distance from the machine to avoid accidents.
• Avoid carrying foreign objects: It is strictly prohibited to mix stones, nails, and other foreign objects into the wood and cut it together to prevent damage to the blades and machine.
• Control cutting speed: Reasonably control the cutting speed based on the hardness and size of the wood to avoid uneven cutting or machine overheating caused by excessive speed.
• Regular maintenance: After use, promptly clean the sawdust and debris on the machine, and regularly maintain the machine, such as checking blade wear and adding lubricating oil.

5.Shutdown and Cleaning

• Shutdown sequence: During shutdown, the feeding should be stopped first, and the power should be turned off after the cutterhead stops rotating.
• Cleaning up the site: Clean up the work area, remove sawdust, debris, etc., and maintain a clean working environment. At the same time, check whether there is any damage or repair needed in the various components of the machine for timely handling.
