Composition of biomass pellet production line
- Raw material preparation: Collect various biomass materials such as wood waste, straw, rice husks, peanut shells, palm shells, corn cobs, etc.
- Crushing: Crushing the raw materials to reduce their particle size to a certain standard (such as 2mm), in order to improve equipment efficiency and reduce energy consumption.
- Drying: The material is dried using equipment such as a hot air stove to reduce its moisture content to a certain level (such as below 10%) for subsequent processing.
- Compression molding: Using a granulator (such as a twin-screw extrusion granulator or a single screw extrusion cutting granulator) to compress and shape the dried material into granular fuel.
- Cooling: Cooling treatment is applied to the compressed particulate fuel to stabilize its physical and chemical properties.
- Screening: The cooled particulate fuel is screened by a screening device to separate qualified products.
- Packaging: Automated packaging of granular fuel is completed by an automated packaging line for easy storage and transportation
