Common causes of oil leakage include aging seals, loose joints, etc. If the hydraulic system leaks oil, it is necessary to check and replace the seals in a timely manner, or tighten the joint bolts.

3. Check oil temperature: If there is no pressure in the hydraulic system, the first step is to check if the oil temperature is too low. If so, it should be heated up in a timely manner. The oil temperature can be increased through methods such as electric heaters and fuel heaters, while also paying attention to controlling the oil temperature not to be too high to avoid damage to the machine.
4. Check the hydraulic system for oil leakage: If the hydraulic system is found to be leaking after inspection, it is necessary to find the oil leakage point and repair it in a timely manner. Usually, repairs are carried out by replacing sealing rings, eccentric compensation pads for joints, tightening bolts, and other methods.
